Full Job Description

We are recruiting for a temporary Outreach Delivery Coordinator to work on site at one of our centrally based departments starting ASAP for approx 10 - 11 weeks working 37.5 hrs p/w and paying £19.55 p/h
Duties:
Utilise your expert knowledge in event delivery to recommend best practice and operational approaches for outreach programmes. You will work with the Head of Outreach Delivery to complete a full business case with a benefit realisation approach for each event.
2. To provide comprehensive and concise reports summarising findings from analysis, in a format relevant to the audience. Undertake analysis and research to improve each project by reporting on short and long-term activity, producing financial forecasts and special reports and analysis.
3. Coordinate and deliver programmes of outreach, access and student recruitment events in the UK. Providing students, teachers, parents and carers with accurate information in an appropriate format about all of the aspects of studying at and applying to Oxford.
4. Coordinate and deliver a coherent range of opportunities for teachers and careers advisers, to ensure that they can best support their students in preparation for the application and admissions process.
5. Be responsible for following the full economic cost models for each proposed event and then tracking expenditure accordingly to ensure that each programme remains within budget.
6. Contribute to a programme of activities for student recruitment in UK and key international markets as identified by the department.
7. Coordinate, and represent the University at school/college-based, regional, national and international school talks and higher education and careers fairs.
8. Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the University's outreach activities. Participate in projects to develop and implement evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of the University's access and recruitment activities.
