Passionate Cook / Chef - day time. Deli / Restaurant

A family run, well established catering business based in Usk, Monmouthshire operates a high-quality deli restaurant (57 Bridge Street). We are wishing to recruit a passionate cook/chef for the deli in Usk. This position has arisen through internal promotions and we are looking to recruit someone ready to step up to the next level. Opportunity to also work at the commercial kitchen on weddings and events too.

The core hours are Tuesday to Saturday, roughly 8.30am to 4.30pm with one night a week on a Friday till 10pm.

The team (both front of house and back) are a positive team to work with, lots of in house on job training and external training courses to attend and develop.

The ethos of the business is of quality and care, which you must have a passion for along with attention to detail and team player.

You will be taking over the daily running of the kitchen with support from the Exec Chef and commis. You will be required to input into the monthly menu change.
