Full Job Description

  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, keeping them up to date on the progress of their tasks and results of completed campaigns

  • Effective delivery of day-to-day projects/campaigns for a handful of key clients

  • Ensure projects are managed effectively and completed on time, within budget and in line with strategies outlined in proposals/retainer agreements

  • Provide timely client reports to effectively communicate the results of what activities are being carried out and recommendations to meet business objectives

  • Support the process of creating formulated marketing plans

  • Creating, maintaining and optimising various paid online advertising campaigns across various platforms

  • Assistance and monitoring social media strategy and implementation

  • Email campaign creation and management - MailChimp, Knack and

  • Analysing campaign performance and making adjustments and recommendations

  • The ideal person will be confident and established in defining, creating, optimising and reporting on paid digital campaigns. With a keen eye for numbers, you'll be strategic and analytical matched with an approachable and positive mindset. Working on several key accounts, you'll have direct client contact, be proactive in suggesting ideas to improve performance and be happy presenting in pitch or meeting situations.

    You'll have experience and detailed knowledge of multiple digital platforms including Google Adwords, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, GA4, MailChimp, Knack, Marketo, and WordPress to name a few. Experience with Marketing Automation and data dashboard creation would be advantageous.

    You'll work in partnership with Client Services, Copywriting, Creative, Development and Strategy - and truly feel part of a team of experts.

  • Min 3 years experience, ideally gained in an agency environment

  • Proven knowledge and experience of managing digital marketing activities which include: PPC, Paid Social and reporting

  • Confident in budget setting and management

  • Confident in presenting and liaising with clients

  • Have a commercial mindset with a focus on results for clients

  • Experience using GA4 to track performance and deliver reporting

  • Ability to build reports and dashboards to showcase results

  • Ability to analyse results and make recommendations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Good understanding of SEO including on-page optimisation, keyword research and technical SEO, PPC: 3 years (preferred)

  • Google AdWords: 3 years (preferred)
