Full Job Description

As the PR Business Director's second in command, you will have a birds-eye view on all our PR client accounts and be responsible for creating the conditions for the PR team to thrive and produce their best possible work.

You'll have responsibility for:

  • Leading the team to deliver client accounts - Providing overall strategic direction for client accounts. Guiding and being accountable for the account team that deliver it. Being the point of elevation for the team's day to day issues and the first point of contact for management.

  • Team and process management - Managing the structure and day to day running of the PR department and client accounts. Refining processes and ensuring the team are working effectively and efficiently.

  • Growing accounts and winning new ones - Leading and maintaining client relationships. Identifying long-term growth opportunities that grow both the account and the client's business.

  • People management and development - Providing team members with the mentoring and support they need to develop and grow in their PR careers.

    A role where you can use your 13+ years of experience to inspire and encourage a highly creative and motivated team of PR pros and all round lovely human beings., We're looking for a multi-skilled PR professional with 13+ years of demonstrable PR experience (with a significant portion of that being within an agency).


  • Experience of both B2B
  • and B2C PR is essential given the nature of the clients you'll be working with. Experience working in the retail, fashion, lifestyle and/or commercial property sectors will also stand you in good stead!


  • We're looking for someone who:
  • Has a proven track record of delivering ambitious, creative and innovative PR strategies and campaigns.

  • Is dependable and has the attention to detail and organisational skills to bring ideas to life.

  • Is commercially minded, comfortable with financial processes and budgets and able to forecast accurately.

  • Isn't afraid to challenge clients or briefs. Enjoys pushing boundaries and finding new, creative ways of doing things (embodying our value Brave).
