Property Solicitors

Osbornes Property Litigation team are looking to recruit two solicitors to join its growing team based in offices in Camden and Hampstead. We are keen to recruit a 1-3 PQE solicitor and a 4-6 PQE solicitor/associate. The ideal candidates will be interested in business development and have an ability to generate new work assisting as well as supporting the growth of the team.

You will be dealing with a range of disputes including:

• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes such as rent recovery, possession, service charge and forfeiture claims.


• Enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants and party wall issues.


• Rights of Way Party Wall disputes.


• Beneficial interest disputes.
  
  The candidate will also have the ability to work well in a team and show excellent initiative and ability to think on their feet. The firm offers supportive and friendly working environment as well as flexible and hybrid working. Excellent prospects for progression for the right candidates.
