Full Job Description

About the Receptionist role;

  • Welcoming guests to the Resort

  • Provide amazing customer service to all of our guests

  • Responding to day-to-day enquires

  • Ensuring that guest information and welcome packs are correct and ready for our Guests arrival on Resort

  • Having a strong Resort knowledge

  • Dealing with guests queries either face-to-face, by email, and over the telephone

  • Completing daily administrative duties

  • Using in-house systems, alongside Word and Excel


    • Hours of work:
  • A full-time position working 40 hours per week 5 days out of 7

  • All straight shifts

  • Reception is open between the hours of 8am - 10pm, 7 days per week


    • You will take personal pride in;
  • Being a friendly and approachable team member, helping guests with any questions or queries they may have

  • Ensuring that the reception is kept clean and presentable, creating a professional first impression
