Full Job Description

This exciting new role will provide a range of responsibilities from assisting with the sales effort in driving business growth and increasing revenue to creative marketing tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through new lead generation and identifying lapsed business, re-engaging with those customers to regain new sales opportunities.

  • Maintaining and updating customer CRM databases and contact lists for targeted marketing initiatives.

  • Engaging with potential customers by phone/e-mail/social media

  • Up sell of company services to existing and new business

  • Developing and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services and analysis of their effectiveness

  • Creation of a full range of marketing materials and brand templates covering brochures, flyers and presentations

  • Designing, developing and managing effective and engaging email campaigns

  • Managing and promoting content for our social media channels, responding to comments / messages and growing our followers.

  • Administration of company website content including writing content, and blogs posts.

  • Presenting marketing plans to management/team for discussion and/or approval.

  • Creating reports/presentations for management to show the progress/effectiveness of marketing efforts.

    We are looking for a dynamic and curious individual with some experience of sales lead generation and a creative flair for marketing content, you will also:

  • Have strong customer service skills

  • Be an excellent listener with the ability to understand customer needs

  • Have excellent attention to detail

  • Have strong communication skills including a friendly confident professional telephone manner

  • Be able to use own initiative and take ownership of tasks & projects

  • Have exceptional organisational skills


  • Your technical skills will include:
  • Adobe Indesign and Canva

  • Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and CRM systems


  • This role could be based at our Norwich lab however remote or hybrid working will also be considered. Hours of work are not fixed and we are happy to negotiate suitable hours (to a max of 22.5 pw) with potential candidates including term time working options.

    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

    Pay: £12.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 15 - 22.5 per week
