Full Job Description

  • We're seeking a dynamic Sales and Training Professional who excels at driving sales and renewals

  • We're talking about harnessing your commercial acumen to focus on renewals for our Mastermind training programmes. Implement early renewal and upsell conversations.

  • Deploying appropriate renewal retention strategies to ensure renewal for accounts.

  • Monitoring and analyse the performance of the Retention programme, offering process improvements.

  • To cover maternity leave, for the first three months, you will also be covering management of our Trainers which will involve timely communication and performance feedback. Providing the training team with senior management support as required on projects and ensuring the team is working collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve targets.
