What you'll get up to:

• Ensuring excellent front of house service, welcoming customers, promptly taking food and drink orders and serving diners and drinkers


• Creating a memorable, enjoyable and professional experience for customers


• Honouring the Joules standards and values in every interaction with customers, team members, other members of the Joules team and external suppliers and contacts


• Informing customers about new beverages and menu choices


• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.


• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
  
  Previous experience helpful but not essential


• Meets minimum age to serve alcohol


• Availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays


• Positive and engaging personality


• Basic numeracy and computer skills


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure


• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service and communication skills


• Strong task and time management abilities


• Friendly and approachable manner
