Full Job Description
- To support the business in the effective provision of security and Loss Prevention service across the Alloga UK campus.
- To ensure that all activities are always in line with the Company HSE policies/standards.
- To ensure that all accidents and near misses are reported immediately to management.
- Competently operate within a static gatehouse environment, with duties to include: access & egress control, booking in of deliveries/collections, temperature monitoring, logging of required information, traffic marshalling, incident control, HSE/PPE advisement/enforcement to drivers and visitors.
- Ensure physical security of the site is maintained at all times, with regular internal & external patrols along with proactive use of the CCTV system and monitoring of the intruder alarm and fire suppression systems.
- Facilitate the out of hours opening for warehouses containing CD vaults in support of the Duty Manager's tasks
- To support the operation with Loss Prevention related tasks including: staff/vehicle searches, targeted surveillance, and the ability to submit accurate reports, for line manager review
- Investigate all manner of security breaches and incidents originating from trespass, vandalism, assault, theft, intruder alarm activation, burglary attempted or actual - with the creation of accurate reports and subsequent upload to the "Prime" reporting database.
- Possess the adaptability to assume new tasks and duties that may be passed to the security operation over time and henceforth can execute in both a professional and efficient manner.
- Implement any and all loss reduction initiatives, directives, and instructions in line with the business needs & expectations.
- Ensure operational knowledge is maintained on security systems such as: CCTV, Intruder, fire alarm, temperature-controlled systems and possess the ability to operate all these applications.
- Possess a flexible approach to work, where all hours of operation are covered including days, nights, weekends, Bank Holidays, site lockdowns and other adhoc demands placed upon the department.
- Under no circumstances disclose or discuss outside the department (unless by the express request of a senior manager any and all confidential matters that you are privy to or aware of.
- To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Alloga UK Management.

Hours - 4 days on, 4 days off 05.00am-17.00pm and 17.00pm-05.00am.
