Senior Negotiator

Registering potential vendors and applicants.

Arranging and attending property viewings.
Arranging and carrying out market appraisals, and converting these into good quality, profitable sales business.
Obtaining and providing feedback post viewing.
Progressing opportunities through to offer acceptance, exchange and completion.
Updating vendors on the marketing of their property.
Ensuring relevant legal compliance.
To uphold the company ethos in all work carried out.
To work as part of a team and individually.

As part of an initially small team, you would be expected to assist on occasions with lettings business.

Previous experience within an estate agency branch.

Enjoy working within a professional customer service environment.
Outgoing, friendly, and personable.

Attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service/sales-based experience.
