Full Job Description

To develop and deliver a person-centred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
·The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering nurturing person centred support that is bespoke to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service.
·The support should assist residents in developing the skills required to settle into a new area, overcome barriers and learn skills towards independence.
·Some young people may have experienced significant trauma in their home country and on their journey to the UK.
·The post holder must be empathetic, knowledgeable and professional in understanding the specific needs of asylum seeking adolescents transitioning into adulthood.
·Speakers of other languages would be an advantage (especially Arabic) but not essential.
You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
