Full Job Description

  • support all staff to ensure the operation and maintenance of the sewerage network

  • be responsible for activities delivered by operators to ensure you meet relevant KPI and SLA targets

  • manage the working relationships between external and internal staff

  • make sound judgements and decisions to manage incidents

  • ensure the operation and maintenance of sewerage network assets using advanced fault-finding and solution skills

  • contribute to the planning and implementation of necessary changes to meet business goals

  • assist with the supervision, support, training and mentoring of staff at all levels

  • provide scheduling support to plan and organise work to ensure all business targets are achieved.

  • You will have excellent knowledge of the sewerage network and its assets, along with a passion for delivering the highest performance and quality.

    You will also be able to make the correct decisions under pressure. A knowledge of IOSHH health and safety is important too.
