Full Job Description
- support all staff to ensure the operation and maintenance of the sewerage network
- be responsible for activities delivered by operators to ensure you meet relevant KPI and SLA targets
- manage the working relationships between external and internal staff
- make sound judgements and decisions to manage incidents
- ensure the operation and maintenance of sewerage network assets using advanced fault-finding and solution skills
- contribute to the planning and implementation of necessary changes to meet business goals
- assist with the supervision, support, training and mentoring of staff at all levels
- provide scheduling support to plan and organise work to ensure all business targets are achieved.

You will have excellent knowledge of the sewerage network and its assets, along with a passion for delivering the highest performance and quality.
You will also be able to make the correct decisions under pressure. A knowledge of IOSHH health and safety is important too.
