At R.E.A.L. we have an exciting opportunity for a SEN specialist to join us as Site Lead Teacher to implement an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for learners through individual and small group delivery.

R.E.A.L. Education is an alternative education provider with schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. We provide bespoke learning interventions which put relationships at the heart of the learners programmes.

To work collaboratively and holistically to deliver an education provision which is unique to each learner that gives them the opportunity to achieve their individual potential. To be flexible and innovative with their planning and delivery of a curriculum. To implement an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for learners through individual and small group delivery. To monitor and support the overall progress and development of learners on the identified site/sites as a lead teacher.

Job Title: Site Lead Teacher

Salary: £33,000 - £37,000

Hours: 37.5

Weeks: 39 Working Weeks (Term-time only)

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
