Full Job Description
A site manager to manage a labour only project. The project comprises of mostly internal refurbishment, construction of partitions walls with various plasterboards ranging from fire rated boards to moisture boards.
You will be required to be able to prepare material schedule and make material requests as at when needed.
You will be responsible for H&S management of the site, this means you have to have the following certifications:
Appropriate CSCS card
SMSTS Certification
Site Safety plus or First Aid certification.
