Full Job Description

The Stores Person/Controller role is responsible for the Goods Inwards, Dispatch (customer and works transfer), pick list kitting, ERP system, Works Order Launch and movement of goods within the facility. The site is AS9100D approved and requires compliance to strict traceability controls., Example day to day activities

  • Loading & Unloading Goods from transport vehicles (Fork Lift)


  • Safety

  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures while actively leading the efforts to create and maintain a Zero Harm work place culture.

  • Support, submit and carry out Good Spot safety reporting (H&S Walks)


  • IT Skills

  • IT skills - High level of skill required e.g. MS word, excel, database etc. Experience with ERP systems desired but not essential.


  • Collaboration

  • Seen as an example for safety, quality, work ethic, and positive communication with team members

  • Liaise as required with other disciplines e.g. Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Management., Be aware of the Company's aims, organisational values and behaviours and their impact on this post.
