Full Job Description

The Supplier Performance & Contract Manager is responsible for managing large scale contracts and supporting initiatives that deliver value and cost savings from third party suppliers. They will understand, explain, monitor, and improve the fulfilment and compliance of contractual obligations. They'll be involved in all phases of the IT contract life cycle and maintain updated records of contract terms and agreements. Identify non-compliances, document, and escalate to the Supplier Relationship Manager for that supplier.

You'll have an in-depth knowledge of contract structures and terms, a strong ability to analyse and understand enforce contractual obligations, whilst balancing out the need to maintain and grow a strong interdependent relationship with suppliers. Experience in managing large scale contracts and supporting initiatives that deliver value and cost savings from 3rd party suppliers. You'll need proven skills at managing suppliers to ensure all parties comply with their respective obligations. You'll also need to have strong knowledge and skills of MS office, particularly Excel.
