Team Member

Our lively shop is situated in Sandbach town and is looking for new Team Members to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across a variety of shifts, primarily in the week but with some weekend availability. Shifts will be a mixture of start and finish times, earliest start being 07:30 and latest finish being 17:30. Flexibility to work additional shifts in the event of holiday and/or sickness cover will be a must.

As a Chatwins Team Member you will receive all of the training necessary to ensure you deliver our amazing customers the finest quality craft bakery foods, with a level of service that is second to none.

There's no such thing as a "typical day" in our line of work, and no two days will ever look the same. Our Team Members are involved in all areas of food prep, hygiene and customer service, including till operations, and while some previous food retail experience is a bonus it is by no means necessary; our excellent, structured training package will give you the skills you need, and develop those you already possess.
