Full Job Description

As a Technology Operations Manager for Reuters Events you will :

  • Administer existing systems on a day to day basis

  • Investigate and experiment with new features and solutions released

  • Support the collection of Data points to deliver data and analytics insights

  • Advise on system usage and structure to meet varying team goals

  • Create and test new software solutions

  • Integrate user feedback into IT solution designs

  • Suggest technology solutions for various projects and campaigns

  • Manage Software renewals

    You're a fit for the role of Technology Operations Manager for Reuters Events if your background includes :

  • Demonstrable experience of managing & administering martech and broader technology stacks

  • Excellent communications skills with the desire and track record of supporting initiatives across the business.

  • A proven ability to align technology to solutions to the broader company strategy

  • A track record of consistently delivering technology projects

  • Experience of delivering training on new features and functionality to the broader organisation

  • Salesforce experience is preferable
