Full Job Description
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
- Be trained in Valuations
Your Move in Coalville are looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis., Industry experience is not essential for this post as full training will be given, however we will be requiring relevant transferrable skills in customer service, Sales and targeted environments.
On Target Earning (OTE) and basic pay tp be discussed depneding on experience - 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota
