Full Job Description

Responsible for the management of equipment, materials and site services for any specified requirements as set out by the ENGIE UK business forming part of the T&G organisation. Support in the development of a standardised approach in terms or processes, systems, people to successfully deliver a UK centric support service to the ENGIE UK businesses.,

  • Oversee the "Procure to Receive" process to drive efficiency and reduce non-compliance.

  • Implement cost savings initiatives and execute programs that support category management goals.

  • Expand role and influence of transactional procurement across the organisation.

  • Ensure that delivery of the product or the service is compliant with the contractual terms (time, quality, price …)

  • Help define the policies, targets and KPIs.

  • Help adapt the governance principles to his/her Entity.

  • Apply the governance and implement suitable organisational procedures.

  • Implement procedures, information systems and tools.

  • Adapt the supplier management strategy to the required scope.

  • Guarantee all Group rules and policies are correctly applied throughout the procurement/supply process.

  • Management, mentoring and continued development of a small team of procurement professionals

    Considerable exposure to each stage of the procurement process from requisition to pay.

  • Experience and ability to work in a dynamic environment balancing demands of day-to-day workload and general operational requirements.

  • Minimum Level 4 CIPS qualified and with a willingness to work towards full CIPS accreditation
