Full Job Description

  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

  • Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate orders from guests.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to our quality standards.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and timely service.

  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including dining areas and service stations.

  • Attend to special requests and dietary preferences with professionalism and attention to detail.

  • Handle guest enquiries and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.

  • Process payments and operate the till system accurately.

  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and work together to exceed guest expectations.

  • We are a 24 hour business serving breakfast, lunch and dinner so flexible shifts across the day are on offer.

    Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional guest experiences.

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

  • Flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude., Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
