Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative, the primary responsibility is to efficiently manage the day-to-day consignments both inbound and outbound, with a particular focus on those destined for a UK based external warehouse and a small group of retail customers on a weekly basis. Additionally, you'll be handling smaller shipments particularly spare parts.

You will be required to ensure accurate documentation and labelling, logging stock onto our warehouse system, using the warehouse equipment in a safe manor ensuring all health and safety rules are adhered to. Additional product preparatory functions and warehouse cleaning will also be required from time to time.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience of working in a warehouse environment., Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks

Basic computer skills

Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and handling consignments

A good understanding of verbal and written English

Fork Lift experience would be preferred but training will be available.
