Full Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced and creative primary or secondary Teacher to join us. This is a challenging, but genuinely rewarding role, where you can have a direct impact on the learning outcomes of some of Surrey's most vulnerable learners.

  • Please note, experience of teaching a range of complex SEND is essential and must be clearly demonstrated in your application.
    As part of the role, you will need to travel extensively throughout the county, therefore the willingness and ability to travel is essential.
    If you are a qualified teacher with substantial experience of working with vulnerable children and young people and have excellent IT skills (with some knowledge of using a Virtual Learning Environment) we would love to hear from you.

    The salary for this role is based on the Teachers' Pay Scale TMS/UPS: £31,350 - £47,839 per annum plus 1 SEN Point £2,539.

    Surrey's Access to Education (A2E) service is expanding our teaching team and we are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join us in the South West of Surrey, based at our area office in Woking.
    About the team
    A2E is a dynamic, interim service that provides vital support to children and young people who are not accessing their full statutory entitlement of education. Our students often have complex special educational needs, mental health challenges and can exhibit challenging behaviour.
