Full Job Description
- Assist with Accounts Receivable/Payable: Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with Month-end Closing: Support the finance team in preparing month-end financial reports and statements.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and update databases with transactions, invoices, and other financial information.
- Assist with Payroll: Help with payroll processing, including inputting data, calculating overtime, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support Financial Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the finance department, such as filing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting department, is advantageous. However, we are open to considering candidates with relevant coursework or internships. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in financial record-keeping and data entry. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software is desirable. Team Player: A cooperative attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
