Full Job Description

As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks and ensuring that accurate records are kept. You will be working within 3 finance departments-Credit Control, Purchase Ledger and Customer Services.

Job Role Responsibilities

-Chasing debts by both phone and email as assigned by the credit control department.
-Sending statements to customers twice monthly and dealing with customer responses.
-Assisting with the purchase invoicing.
-Setting up new suppliers.
-Assisting the customer services department with admin tasks.

-Be able to take direction and follow strict guidelines and processes.
