Full Job Description

  • Looking for experience in IT End User Assets (such as Laptop, Desktop, Mobile device) management experience

  • Outstanding customer experience required in this role

  • Understand the importance of asset data and required attributes

  • Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) is a must to interact with stake holders as well as Vendors ( Local and English)

  • Create recommendations on how to better manage and reconcile inventory and reporting

  • Make sure the assets are updated in the inventory and present whenever required immediately to stakeholders

  • Ability to handle multiple vendors from Global Locations

  • Respond to request from end users, managers, team members for asset management data information

  • Preparation of various reports and timely distribution to stakeholders

  • Should be able to do advanced search and gather proactive inputs.
