Apprentice - French Polishing & Spray Finishing

We are looking for an energetic, motivated person who is willing to work alongside experienced French Polishers and Spray Finishers.

You will learn the skills and knowledge required for a career in modern and traditional finishing applications including Spray Finishing and French polishing.

Key Skills:

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.


• Genuine passion and interest for quality craftmanship and unique furniture finishing.


• Ability to multi-task various projects and meet deadlines.


• Demonstrate a desire for self-improvement and enthusiasm to learn new skills.


• Good written and spoken English.


• Experience with hand tools and power tools.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.


• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.


• Punctual and Reliable.
