Architects Manager

Managing the architectural team and drafters, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.

- Liaising with clients to understand and deliver on their vision, usually to maximising space and value of their properties while adhering to local planning policies.

- Prioritising tasks and managing time effectively to ensure client and project satisfaction.

- Applying planning knowledge to harmonise design aspirations with practicality and compliance.

A highly skilled and qualified architect to join our dynamic team and manage home improvement projects and a team of drafters. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in architectural design and also excels in managing teams and client relations. The role is available immediately., A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.

- ARB Registration and adherence to RIBA Stage 4.

- Robust knowledge of all building regs

- Strong project management skills.

- Excellent communication abilities to effectively satisfy client needs in conjunction with planning policy.

- Task priority management

- Planning knowledge is a valuable asset.
