Full Job Description

Role purpose: Assisting and being a member of a dedicated team, providing comprehensive administration services to our international client base and their structures. Assisting with the administration of a growing portfolio of Fund, Corporate and Private client structures, many holding real estate in the UK and elsewhere.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist the Funds and Corporate team with the administration of a client portfolio, comprised of a range of Fund, Corporate & Private client structures of all types.


  • Draft written instructions and on-line payments for distributions, dividends, professional fees, and suppliers/contractors etc.


  • Draft minutes and general correspondence for review by an Administrator / Manager.


  • Assist with maintaining an accurate statutory database of your teams client portfolio as required.


  • Liaise with intermediaries (banks, law firms and other professional advisors) by email, telephone, and written correspondence, as required.


  • Become proficient in the content and application of Moore Stephens policies and procedures for all work performed and apply consistently as appropriate.


  • Record all time accurately in TrustQuay 5 Series for review and approval by your line Manager.


  • Provide general assistance to the team, as necessary.

    Good GSCEs / A-levels / Degree or equivalent;

  • Basic use of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel; Previous office environment experience useful, but not necessary.
