We are looking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will have joint accountability with the Deputy Headteacher for Teaching and Learning and whole school responsibility for CPD, including mentoring ECT's and PGCE students. This will include the strategic monitoring and evaluation of Teaching and Learning and analysis and resourcing of the training needs of staff within the school as a whole and also for individuals.
