Assitant Supervisor

We're looking for an Assistant Supervisor to join our team at our hatchery in Caynham, Shropshire!, As an Assistant Supervisor, working as a part of the Hatchery Team, you'll help assist the hatchery and play a key role in the daily duties which are fundamental to our entire business.,

• Ensuring chicks are sorted into the required grades and quantities, ready for farm delivery


• Assisting in the effective movement of eggs from storage to incubating machines and then to hatching machines


• Cleaning all equipment after use to the required high standards


• Safeguarding bio security and following these strict procedures


• Observing bird welfare and health and safety on site at all times, We are a leading supplier of chicken, turkey and duck products into an impressive range of customers in the UK retail and food service sectors. We are a fully integrated business controlling the whole product supply chain, which include feed mills, farms, hatcheries and factories with associated transport and logistics functions that employ more than 6000 people.

  £13 per hour (paid weekly)


• £25 per callout + paid time and a half for hours worked when on duty


• Training and development from day one


• Secure contract, guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime


• Free on-site parking, Mon, Tue, Thurs & Fri - 6:00 to 14:00

Every third week, you would also work on Wednesday from 0800 - 1400 + Evening and Weekend on call
