Bodyshop Advisor

As the Bodyshop Advisor, you will ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the bodyshop department by satisfying customers, enhancing customer relations and helping us constantly deliver a 5-star experience to all our customers. This involves examining sales volumes and monitoring labour sales to ensure the budget achievement for this period whilst also working with the Service Manager to review all departmental activities and reporting systems, issues and concerns.

You will develop all members of staff to achieve the highest levels of performance to hit individual targets and objectives and improve the quality of customer service and retention.

Additionally, you will maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, statutory representatives and all other contacts, acting as the main point of contact.

You will have proven experience working within the motor trade industry at a Bodyshop, or within a Service department, and demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet to drive the business forward.

You will have excellent IT and administration skills and be focused on delivering results whilst meeting customer expectations, setting high standards for quality and can follow instructions and procedures.

Experience with Kerridge/Drive is preferable, and a full driving licence is necessary.

As you would expect with a position of this importance the training will surpass that of other manufacturers and includes ongoing new model technology and customer service courses at the BMW Group Training Academy.
