Multiple experienced Handy Man, Skilled Builders, Tradesmen, Labourer required for multiple sites, development projects, you also will required to perform the following duties as and when required to our clients or on our own sites. Our sites may vary from residential to commercial. A full PPE & tools will be provided, Having our own tools will be an advantage. A full details of job can be provided on the job interview. A person with more trades knowledge will have a permanent position within the company after a year.

• Plastering


• Bricklaying, Foundations


• Understanding of Drawings & Building Regulations


• Drainage, Guttering


• Roofing


• Tiling


• Electric installation or Repairs


• Plumbing Installation or Repairs


• Structural work may required as follows, Brick wall construction or partitions, roofing partitions to develop the loft space, Stud Walls and Down Ceilings.


• A Good Understandings of drawings for larger projects is very important.


You will be offered a day rate or open to negotiate the contract options, you must have your own van and tools to bid for contract. Contracts are based on each house hold requirements, each site can vary.,
• Repair, Maintenance & Installation Occupations: 2 years (required)


• Building Construction Residential: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)


• CSCS Card (required)
