Building Maintenance

We are seeking for two skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be proficient in various maintenance tasks with a focus on building work, ensuring the upkeep and safety of our premises. New projects are also on the pipeline.

This role requires a versatile individual capable of handling a wide range of maintenance duties efficiently and effectively.

• Responsibilities:


1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical repairs.

2. Conduct inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

3. Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests in a timely manner.

4. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance work.

5. Assist with the installation and repair of fixtures, fittings, and appliances for the new wing of bedrooms which will come after completion to the sales cycle.

6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

7. Collaborate with other departments to support the smooth operation of events and functions.

8. Execute preventive maintenance procedures to prolong the lifespan of equipment and facilities.

9. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and repairs.

10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
