Full Job Description
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll provide administrative support to team members to ensure efficient operation of the company's activities and to assist the field staff in the achievement of agreed performance levels.
Day to day, you'll be part of a team supporting MOD apprenticeships. You'll support 20 assessors in total with any paperwork, reviews, filing, emails and support the soldiers in their apprenticeship by importing any paperwork.
- Provide administrative support for the MoD Contracts and assist the Supervisors and Support Service manager in the effective and efficient running of the contracts
- Ensure Learner files are managed to auditable standards
- Maintain accurate filing of Learner files and funding body paperwork
- Ensure all MAYTAS responsibilities including data entry are carried out and maintained in a timely and accurate manner as indicated by the Admin supervisor
IT literate in regard to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook - Excellent verbal and written communications
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Works well to support a team
- Self-motivated with ability to self-manage, We value difference and don't have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you., The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
