We are a rapidly expanding groundwork and concrete frame sub-contractor based in near Ashford, Kent operating throughout the South-East.

Based at our Head office in Smarden your role will involve sourcing and procuring construction materials and hiring plant and equipment from vendors at the most competitive price, ensuring product quality and consistency of supply is met.

Work closely with project managers, site managers, site engineers and quantity surveyors, ensuring all materials and services are present on site when required.

Applicants should be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure with the desire to develop their career within a progressive business. Experience working for a groundwork sub-contractor whilst ideal is not necessary for the right candidate. You should possess good communication and negotiation skills, be highly organised, able to prioritize, deliver work on time and to a high standard. You will also need to be fully computer literate with ability to embrace new technology as and when required.
