Cabinet Maker

You will need to work to tight deadlines to produce furniture on agreed timescales to the correct specifications and to the highest standards. You will have hands-on bench experience in the manufacture of furniture.,

• Understand designs, technical drawings and written instructions


• Have the ability to perform manual tasks and be safety conscious


• Be able to work very accurately


• Have good communication skills


• Be able to work without supervision and as part of a team


• Excellent attention to detail (no shortcuts)


• Have a refined taste in quality and be knowledgeable in current furniture trends


• Think one step ahead of how the components need to fit together and go to the spray department to achieve the best outcome
