Full Job Description

Rear Axle Suspension Design: Lead and contribute to the design of the rear axle suspension system, ensuring optimal performance, durability, and seamless integration with the overall vehicle architecture.

CAD Modeling: Utilize advanced CAD software, such as CATIA and 3DX, to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of rear axle suspension components, considering both functionality and manufacturability.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including vehicle dynamics, chassis systems, and aerodynamics, to ensure cohesive integration of the rear axle suspension with other vehicle systems.

Innovative Solutions: Drive innovation in suspension design by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials, and incorporating them into the development process.

Prototyping and Testing Support: Collaborate with the testing and prototyping teams to validate and optimize the rear axle suspension design through physical testing and simulation.

Documentation: Generate comprehensive design documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, and design validation reports.
