Full Job Description

As a Call Centre Staff member at Hydro-Cleansing, your role will be crucial in promoting our environmental waste services to prospective clients. You will have access to up-to-date data, warm leads, and cold call lists to engage potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls to generate interest and leads.

  • Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients.

  • Providing information about Hydro-Cleansing's services.

  • Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing client concerns.

  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and reactive environment.

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Previous call centre or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

As we continue to expand our services across the country and into Northern Europe, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Call Centre Staff.

    The first three months of employment will involve intensive training to ensure that you are well-equipped to excel in your role. During this period, you will receive a base salary along with the opportunity to earn commissions.,
  • Office hours: 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Option to work from 7:00 AM to 19:00 PM while canvassing clients.

  • Please note that there is no remote working available.
