Category Growth Manager 12m FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for a Category Manager with high level strategic thinking & strong leadership skills to continue to evolve the category strategy and embed the principles across functions internally; ensuring we are building initiatives internally & externally that are aligned to the prioritised growth drivers.,

• Lead the UK development of our CCBP by tailoring our Global selling stories into exciting and insightful customer presentations.


• Elevate our customer engagement with priority customers through category-led growth initiatives at key moments.


• Support range reviews with selected customers to unlock category and brand growth opportunities


• Partner with the sales team to deliver co-ordinated category growth led communication with key customers.


• Lead and develop direct reports to maximise their potential.


• Build and integrate relevant shopper insights into our customer communications.


• Bring thought-leadership on your category to customers and internal stakeholders through PoP Vision, Category Vision Insights, Category inductions and Relevant growth trends.


• Category and Customer performance tracking
  
  Solid Category Management experience, preferably in FMCG role or blue chip organisation with a p erformance record - Last 3yrs
