Full Job Description

Due to continued growth, Jointline are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a variety of civils and construction schemes. This pivotal role within the Civils Division offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our dynamic projects.,

  • Managing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Leading, motivating, and managing site teams to achieve high performance and effective operational delivery.

  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure communication is maintained and project milestones are met.

  • Monitoring project progress against the work schedule, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

  • Overseeing quality control throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with both internal and external standards and regulations.

  • Experience in civil engineering or construction management, with a proven track record of successful site management in civils projects.

  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and a CSCS card.
