Cleaning Supervisor

· Lead the cleaning team ensuring the centre is cleaned to the approved standards

· Complete the cleaning tasks to ensure the standards of the facility meet company expectations

· To review cleaning and complete checks to ensure the standards are maintained

· Increase the customer satisfaction scores in cleanliness at the centre

· Support the centre's work towards Quest, IiP, ISO 14001/45001 and other awards

A safe, secure, clean, well maintained facilities that are accessible and inclusive for all.

· Start shifts on time

· Wear uniform as per the company standard

· Take appropriate action when identifying faults and hazards following all H&S Procedures

· Manage any daily cleaning shortfalls and rectify

· Ensure cleaning stock levels are maintained to efficient levels and order as required

· Report equipment malfunctions to the duty manager

· Ensure chemicals and equipment are secured to prevent unauthorised access at all times.

· Maintain stores in a clean and tidy condition as per the storage plans

· Ensure that the centre re-cycling policies are implemented when dealing with waste promoting good habits to the customers and colleagues

· Enforce Normal Operating Procedures at all times

· Ensure all energy reduction actions are undertaken on a daily basis throughout your shift

· Follow Emergency Action Plan procedures at site

We require a highly motivated and results driven colleague to supervise our cleaning team to deliver a service which generates compliments and increases customer's visits. This role will focus on the cleaning of general facilities within the centre.

· Work using their own initiative

A first aid qualification will need to be achieved within a set period of time if not already qualified. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays. Full training will be provided.
