CNC Setter / Operator

Produce precision components from drawings using CNC machines.

Ensure the production of accurate, high-quality components efficiently.

Set and operate CNC machines competently.

Adhere to tight tolerances and ensure your work meets the required standard.

Understand all facets of the manufacturing process and work on your own initiative.

Quality check all finished tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the CNC machine, its associated equipment, and the surrounding area.

Fully skilled CNC setter/operator (proof of skills required).

Proficiency with milling machines, both 3 & 5 Axis.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

Prior experience in an aerospace manufacturing setting.

Familiarity with a wide range of measuring equipment.

Computer literacy.

Strong focus to ensure the production of quality components.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Practical application skills.

Ability to follow written guidelines.

Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Strong emphasis on safe work practices.

Exceptional hand-to-eye coordination.

Normal colour vision.
