Full Job Description
As a Consulting Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to our clients in
optimising their energy usage, improving sustainability, and enhancing overall operational
efficiency. This position demands an experienced professional with a deep understanding of
energy systems, building services competency and compliance, technical engineering principles
and a proven track record in delivering impactful consultancy services. You will lead projects,
collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to developing and implementing
innovative solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their energy
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits and assessments to identify opportunities for

- Apply in-depth knowledge of energy systems and engineering principles to develop and
- Work on-site across various locations in the country to conduct energy and engineering
- Apply in-depth knowledge of building services regulations, design and compliance
- Lead and manage energy management and technical engineering projects from initiation
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring successful and timely delivery of
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, energy managers,
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and
- Follow ETS company policies and procedures at all times;
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly timesheets to facilitate accurate project tracking.
- Maintain meticulous records of hours worked and project-related activities.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering M&E projects.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse technical problems, develop innovative solutions, and
- Experience and strong skills for the following applications or similar:
- Be CSCS registered.
- Full driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Have a 'can do' attitude and think outside the box for creative solutions .

- Ability and willingness to undertake frequent travel within the UK and overseas for the

- Possesses experience in electrical design and qualification management.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in high voltage (HV) systems.
- Holds approved electrician qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of VRF / VRV systems.
