The Role

Our flights advisors work with the wider Contact Centre Operations teams and Travel Agent Partners to secure bookings, by taking all flight related calls and emails, to ensure that sales opportunities are maximised by promoting flight upgrades, advising on land packages and ancillary services.

Working with Amadeus alongside in-house systems and processes, the Flight Advisor provides all necessary information on schedules airlines options, fares, airlines rules and conditions and is able to advise on everyday flight related queries such as connection time, luggage, terminal and airport information.

  • Responsible for responding to all guest feedback/ complaints with a high standard of professionalism and empathy and with a solutions focussed approach

  • Escalate concerns and any potential risks accordingly that may result in negative guest sentiment or brand reputational damage for priority action

  • learn and support a series of administration tasks within the team taking appropriate action when required, supporting theAir Inventory and Air Operations Teams with booking the flights /seats.


  • Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK13 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with at two days based in our Southampton office.

  • Be an effective communicator

  • Experience of using the Amadeus Reservation system

  • Experience within the travel industry where you have booked and used followed flights and ticketing processes
