Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties:

· Sales order processing on to SAP ByD system

· Dealing with customer queries/enquiries/requests

· Maintaining and updating customer databases

· Sending and maintaining sample requests for sales team and customers

· Liaising with procurement department regarding stock and deliveries

· Invoicing and credits when necessary

o Ability to prioritise a busy workload

o Good telephone manner and confident in speaking with customers and opticians

o Excellent organisational skills

o Attention to detail

o A willingness and ability to suggest, accept and embrace change

o Excellent verbal and written English

o Numerate

o MS Office skills:
- Word: basic

- Outlook: basic
- Excel: basic

· Desirable

o Knowledge of SAP ByD system beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given

o Experience of implementing/ using EDI solutions for order processing would be beneficial, but is not essential

o Experience of using a CRM system.

o Experience in the PPE field

o Experience in the optical sector, either sales or manufacturing would be beneficial, but not essential
