Full Job Description

The Data Analyst role develops business intelligence products to enhance data maturity for our Quality Verification teams. You will use your strong technical knowledge of SQL programming and data visualization tools to analyze data and identify trends, driving decision-making across our organization.

You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager.

  • You will use your technical skills to develop data products that improve decision-making across the Quality Verification organization.

  • You will conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify software and experiential quality insights.

  • You will partner closely with the Quality Verification team to evaluate their processes and define appropriate KPIs to assess performance.

  • You will implement robust and automated data quality monitoring processes.

  • You will effectively communicate insights to Quality Verification leaders.

  • You will provide coaching for Associate Data Analyst & Intern Data Analyst colleagues.

    2+ years of professional analytical experience.

  • Advanced SQL skills and practical experience in other languages such as R, SAS, or Python.

  • Able to effectively plan and prioritize project tasks.

  • Able to foster working relationships with partners.
