Decorating Foreman & Decorators

We are looking for a site based Decorating Foreman and site based Decorators to join us in a growing company. Predominantly working on refurbishment and renovation projects to large residential buildings and small schools. Initially the position will include general duties supporting the Site Manager. The Decorating Foreman will be responsible for the delivery of the decorating package and will have to manage a number of painters/decorators in order to achieve this. Taking into account the material and labour requirements needed to achieve this.

Initially you may be required to travel to smaller jobs and undertake 'small works' activities. However there is scope for right applicant to progress to being the head of our new Decorating Division as it develops and grows.

Experience as a finishing foreman

Decorating.

Filling

Minor plaster patching

Taping and Jointing

Qualifications

SMSTS or SSSTS

First Aid

CSCS

3 years experience in commercial fit out and refurbishment Full UK driving license is required.,
