Full Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced practice manager to really drive excellency in patient care and management within the practices.

  • The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

  • CQC implementation/delegation.

  • Team management/training and basic HR (such as appraisals).

  • Developing practice growth.

  • An extremely organised approach.

  • Strong computer skills with Excel / Word.

  • A great, highly motivated and positive approach.

  • High standard of written and spoken English.

  • To be able to face difficult conversations and deal with issues and complaints.

  • Have a passion for business management including making decisions.

  • Manage costs and increase revenue.

  • Preferably GDC registered.


  • Must have Dental manager and reception background Experience
